Morrow-Fleet

Josephine Morrow and Aaron Fleet are happy to announce their engagement on Dec. 18, 2012, and forthcoming wedding on Aug. 17, 2013.

Josephine was born in Kotzebue, Alaska, and graduated Cambridge-Isanti High School in Cambridge in 1995.  She went on to finish her Bachelor of Arts in Business from St. Thomas University in St. Paul.  She continued on to serve six years as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, relocating to San Antonio, Texas, and finally settling in the Washington D.C. area in 2003.  Since then, she has spent five years with the MITRE Corporation, obtained an MBA from George Mason University, and  returned to federal service in 2009, serving in a variety of capacities culminating in her role as chief of staff within a federal center.  She is the daughter of Mr. Craig Morrow of Apache Junction, Ariz., and Sue Morrow, of Cambridge.

Aaron was born in Traverse City, Mich., and was raised in Mancelona, Mich. Aaron graduated Mancelona High School in 1992 and joined the U.S. Navy. He served in Adak, Alaska, Scotland and Colorado before procuring a job in the private sector as an analyst in England, where he spent nine years before relocating to Tucson, Ariz., as an engineer for Rincon Research Corporation in 2008. Aaron relocated to the Washington D.C. area in 2011 and currently works for BIT Systems. He is the son of William and Joan Fleet of Bellaire, Mich., and Mary Jo Scroggins of Clovis, N.M. The couple met in Afghanistan two years ago and reside in Reston, Va.
