This year, the students of Cambridge-Isanti High School are performing “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” as their fall musical.

“‘Joseph’ is one of the most popular and beloved musicals of all time,” said director Jared Faust. “The songs, characters and story will be familiar to many and have been just as much fun to work on as they will be to watch. The students have been working hard on stage and off getting ready for performances.”

The show features students from CIHS as well as a group of students from the middle and elementary schools. In all, over 70 students from the Cambridge-Isanti area are involved with the production.

The show will run two weekends this year. Opening weekend will have performances on Nov. 15 and 16 at 7 p.m. The following weekend will start on Friday, Nov. 22, at 7 p.m., with another 7 p.m. performance on Saturday, Nov. 23. The final performance will be a Sunday matinee on Nov. 24 at 2 p.m.

Tickets are on sale an hour before the shows begin or at www.showtix4u.com. Cost is $12 for adults and $10 for seniors and students. Cambridge-Isanti students can get in for only $5.
