The 15th annual Cambridge Customer Appreciation Event will be held Friday, Sept. 13, from 4-8 p.m. on Main Street between 2nd Avenue NE and 3rd Avenue SE. 

Free hot dogs, brats, chips, apples, cake and ice cream will be available, plus kettle corn for purchase.

Walk along Main Street to see the scarecrow contest with entries designed by local businesses. Special sales and giveaways by businesses and organizations will be offered. Register for prize drawings at business locations or vendor booths.  

The Mystery Mountain Boys will perform on north Main Street and The Timeless Band will perform on south Main. 

Other features include a classic car show, dunk tank, farmer’s market, children’s activities like bouncy houses, games, face painting, a balloon artist and more, magic show, fire and rescue vehicle displays. 

A walking tour of historic Cambridge leaves the post office at 6:30 p.m. Registration for the car show begins at 3 p.m. in front of the post office. No pre-registration required.
