‘Green Acres is the place to be’

The Fisher family shows great teamwork, with each person performing a different task as they plant vegetables in their plot at the Cambridge Community Garden on Saturday, May 2, the first weekend it was open for the season. According to Isanti County Master Gardner John Nordin, all but six of the 84 plots have been reserved. The garden was able to be open since according to Nordin, people can easily maintain social distancing while tending to their plots, but just in case, signs have been placed reminding people to keep at least six feet away from each other.
