The public is invited to join the North Branch Midsummer Ambassador program at a reception honoring former Midsummer Ambassador and now 2020 Aquatennial Queen of the Lakes Elise Toussaint.

The reception will be held Sunday, Sept. 22, beginning at 2 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 6439 Elm Street, North Branch, with a short program at 3 p.m. Refreshments will be served.

“All are invited to attend,” said Julie Solle, former Ambassador coordinator, “and congratulate Elise and her magical year with the Minneapolis Aquatennial!”
