Even though the official “grand opening” ribbon cutting ceremony was delayed due to a lack of snow, the new, man-made sledding hill in Isanti’s Bluebird Park has seen plenty of users, especially once the area received a pair of measurable snowfalls during Christmas break. City officials will now hold the ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 13.
