To the editor,

This is in response to Donna McNear’s letter to the editor (Feb. 14) saying that Rep. Brian Johnson is not representing his constituents by not introducing the library referendum bill.

Cambridge is only part of who he represents. He represents all of 32A. It may be if it was voted on by all of 32A, it may not have passed.

Ms. McNear mentions not having to pay an entrance fee to enter the library. She is paying an entrance fee every time she buys something in Cambridge and pays the additional sales tax along with everyone else, even those who will never use the library.
