Krampitz takes over as coach of North Branch gymnastics

Katie Krampitz is the new head gymnastics coach at North Branch Area High School.

North Branch Area Public Schools is proud to announce that Katie Krampitz will take over the gymnastics program at North Branch Area High School.

Krampitz graduated from St. Francis Area Schools in 2009 and competed in gymnastics at UW Stout before injury cut her competitive career short. As a coach she has worked in both the Junior Olympic and Xcel programs.

Krampitz has worked at Flyaways Gymnastics in Forest Lake and was recently hired by North Branch Area Community Education to coach in that program.

Krampitz recently moved to the North Branch area, and is married with two children.

“We couldn’t be happier to welcome Katie into our gymnastics community,” said Activities Director Matt Lattimore. “She has the experience competing and coaching we were looking for, and I think she is going to do a great job with our athletes.”
